AI demo data
Aurora sends your current message and its character instructions to OpenAI. Voice recording begins after you press the recording button and grant microphone permission. When you stop, the WAV recording is sent through our server to OpenAI for transcription. Reply text is sent to OpenAI for AI-generated speech if spoken replies are enabled. AI Vision sends sampled frames from the provided videos to OpenAI.
Conversation and recording handling
The conversation is held in this page while it is open; earlier messages are not sent as context. The application processes uploaded audio in memory and does not intentionally save recordings or conversations to disk. Provider processing and retention depend on the operator’s account and provider policies. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Usage limits and operational records
Redis stores hashed IP-derived identifiers and request counters for abuse and cost protection, expiring after at most 24 hours from the first request in each window. Hashing is not a guarantee of anonymity. Hosting and proxy services may retain connection logs; their retention configuration is not established by this repository. The application does not intentionally log message, recording or frame content.
Contact messages and third parties
Contact forms send your name, email and message through Mailgun to the lab’s inbox. Those messages may remain in mail systems for correspondence. OpenAI, Mailgun and hosting services process data needed for these features. Exact operator and provider retention periods have not been verified in this audit.
Browser storage and external links
No advertising or analytics tracker is configured in this application. AI Vision review decisions remain in page memory and are not submitted to a review database. Following links to Aithos or other sites takes you to systems with their own data policies.
